Shipping

I usually dispatch your order within 2–3 working days. You will receive an email notification once your parcel is on its way.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed by hand in my studio to help ensure it arrives safely.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as seasonal markets and Christmas.

Postage and packing is £5.00 per order.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. If necessary, an alternative courier may be used.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch, although occasional delays may occur once the parcel is with the carrier.

— USA —

I currently ship to the United States.

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be shown at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

Parcels are sent using a tracked international service. Delivery times vary, but typically take around 1–2 weeks. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by US authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am not currently offering shipping to Europe, but I hope to expand my shipping options in the future.

Damaged items and returns

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me within 24 hours if your item has been damaged during delivery. If your item is found to have been damaged, I will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or, where possible, a replacement or similar item.

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and carefully packed in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
